Strongman Sandbag

I got a 50# and 150#. The brown bag is a 100# from Greyfit (also USA made product). Well built product. Stitching and material are better than the Greyfit. My only gripe is the velcro opens when I shoulder and drop the bag. I put 3 bags in and a little extra. I'm kind of thinking the bag stretched out a bit so when it shifts, the velcro comes loss. I'm gonna wait till this extra sand I have dries, then add some more. See if that fixes the issue. No problems with the Greyfit so far.

The sandbag seems to be high-quality construction. Although I went to 5 stores to find "dry" playground sand, I could only get the playground sand in the sealed plastic bags, so it was moist. I opened the bags, spread out the sand, and let it dry for a few days. Filling the sandbag was not hard; I put sand in, dropped the bag a few times to make it settle, then repeated. I have not used it yet, so I cannot report on reliability.

Loving it. Shoutout to Cody at The Stone Circle and Trevor over at Strength Side for turning me on to sandbags. And of course JB. Top notch service and a great company to support.
