Cannot recommend enough the sales process from start to finish with the clear advice and guidance been given to me the whole way through that has enabled me to custom my bike to how I ride and where I ride.
Despite being in a different time zone (I live in Australia), I was responded to promptly and at no point did I feel like a number in a queue.
When buying a frame, I never felt that I was hit with sales pitches to get my to buy add ons, only what I needed.
