Love the headband it’s great for stress relief and mind clarity after having it on for a while. Also can wear it in different ways on your head. Great quality

Still testing the waters with it

I like it so far, the pressure isn't bad on my head when I just lay down. I want to work up to apply a little more pressure to it so I feel more sensation on my head. I do like that the spikes are mostly all the way around, so I feel it like a halo on my head. I'll usually pair this when I lay on my mat at night for 10-20 minutes.
