I went the expensive route…

I went the expensive route. Expedited creation, and sneak peek of the cuddle clone before shipping. It looks great, but my only complaint is I never got the immediate email to see the sneak peek. So I emailed after a week and was told nothing was needed on my part, which I thought was odd. Waited another week or so and contacted again and got a different support member and then they told me they were waiting on me to confirm the cuddle clone. So my clone was not only waiting to be shipped after about 3 weeks, but I was never emailed the original photos and when I asked about it, I was told incorrectly that nothing was needed on my end. So that’s my harsh experience with them. And I wasn’t compensated for anything.

i love my cuddle clone so much. the only thing id change would be how her weight is portrayed. my dog was very skinny her whole life but my clone is pretty thick all around. i plan on getting a cuddle clone of my other dog (of the same litter to my first) and shes much thicker. so im a bit worried how theyd look compared to each other.
