It smells like food
One of my favorite things about MegaFood supplements is that they always smell like something a human should be eating. I wouldn't be surprised if on some weird brain chemistry level that scent even sends signals to our gut biomes to prepare them to utilize the pills better. But even if it doesn't work that way, it's still a more pleasant experience than pills that have a bad smell or no smell. In any case, MegaFood is my favorite B-complex brand, and I'm grateful to the grocery store clerk who recommended it to me years ago.

Balance B
I can feel the benefits of balance B complex when taken as a part of my daily supplemental routine. I noticed it when I ran out.This is a supplemental must.
