A simple but very useful yoga block with a firm and stable feel. It gives good support during stretching and mobility exercises, and the size is comfortable to handle. Well made and ideal for home workouts.

Excellent quality for the price. I now own three of these yoga blocks, which probably says more than anything else about how pleased I am with them. They are firm, stable and very useful for a wide range of exercises.

The delivery was fast. The blocks came with dents. I hope it won't interfere during training
