Incomplete Order and Unresponsive Customer Service

I recently ordered three Single Quick Release Hose Clips from Nammu-Tech (Leviathan Systems Ltd). Unfortunately, my shipment contained only two of the three clips I purchased. I contacted the company by email on two separate occasions to report the missing item and request a resolution. To date, I have received no response or acknowledgment of either email. I understand that shipping errors can happen, and I would have been satisfied with a simple acknowledgment and shipment of the missing clip. However, the complete lack of communication is both disappointing and unprofessional. As a scuba diver, I value reliability, accountability, and responsive customer service when purchasing diving equipment. Unfortunately, my experience with Nammu-Tech has fallen short of those expectations. My concern isn't simply that an item was missing; it's that the company has made no apparent effort to address the issue despite multiple attempts to contact them. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Nammu-Tech. I hope the company takes customer concerns more seriously and resolves this outstanding issue.

I still didnot get the product

Several clips cracked before use. Disappointing quality and durability.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience. I purchased several of these hose clips, and multiple of them have cracked or broken. Some even failed before ever being used in the water, so this does not appear to be normal wear and tear. The concept is great, but the durability has been disappointing. I hope the manufacturer improves the material or design, as it has potential.
