Looks sharp, works great!

I ordered a custom bag with velcro option and left side "map pocket." The instructions for measuring my bike were easy, the turnaround was quite fast for custom work, and the bag looks sharp! I've used this on a couple of rides already and it's simply a great bag. I doubt it's waterproof and there are no "storm flaps" on the zipper, BUT, I've never had a waterproof frame bag. I suspect the only way to do that would be to have a roll-top bag, and that adds a lot of extra material/bulk, which adds weight and cuts into cargo space. So, if it's not waterproof, why even add storm flaps; those are extra bulk and make zipper access harder. With all of that in mind, this half frame bag appears to be the best option -- zero extra material, lightweight, well-crafted, durable materials. AND...it fits PERFECTLY on my bike, so the measuring worked!
