No accompanying information - disappointed

I expected the pill container to come with detail of advice on any conflicts with other medication/supplements and any possible side effects. The pill container came with nothing else. This gave me a reluctance to take them.

I have, so far, been unable to make an informed decision on this tablet as it makes me very nauseous. I have taken a break and will try them again soon.

Excellent service, easy to take. Not something you can easily measure in how good it’s doing me. I’m 78 years young and have brittle bones. The calcium is recommended
