Vitamin B Complex

I haven't really been taking Vitamin B Complex for very long, so it is difficult tell if they are working for me. I do seem to have more energy and thinking clarity, but at the moment I have had to stop as I am taking short term medicine from my Doctor and there may be a drug interaction. I will be restarting the vitamins as soon as I can, and will do another review in a month or too.

More energy and clarity of mind

I am feeling much better since I started taking this. My mind is sharper and I have more energy. However I also changed other vitamins and started some prescribed medication so difficult to be sure what’s caused the improvement.

This all in 1 B complex is fantastic! I wouldn’t be without it. Despite a very healthy balanced diet, I’ve been deficient in the past so I longer risk it and take this daily. I struggle with swallowing tablets and these are so easy too. I subscribe to the order so I’m never without. Thank you!
