It works

Since taking collagen complex and also biontin my nails are growing faster but also a lot stronger something I have had problems with for a long time. My hair is also growing like crazy. They don’t work quickly I am nearly 2 months in but really getting the benefits now.

I am still relatively new to taking these, probably about three or four months in. I started taking them to see if they improved my general health, sleep and joints. I have not yet noticed any remarkable results.

Clear enough

I think it's working quite reasonably on my hair but not so well on my wrinkles. However I think my age has a lot to do with this as I am approaching 90. The only real complaint I have is that the replacement items are arriving too soon. I still had at least a fortnight's worth left in my (excellent) container and I do take 2 regularly every day so if you could send the replacements a little later it would be greatly appreciated.
