I have been taking Biotin for around 3 months and I notice my nails are stronger and look good. However, I am still waiting to see an improvement with my hair, which continues to shed more than I would like.

No benefit.

I have been taking these tablets now for over eighteen months or more. At first I noticed an improvement in my hair which was the prime reason for taking them. Now my hair is getting thinner and thinner with no visible signs of any benefit for taking the biotin. There is no sign of any improvement to my nails.
