I installed the bidet and toilet seat by myself with no issues, there was a small gap under the rear bumpers but when I looked on the website it clearly explains that that is normal! I ordered the wrong size seat, contacted the company, and they sent me the correct one right away, zero hassle. This is such a better set up than one requiring electricity, and it's sleek and blends in perfectly with my toto toilet. I did so much research before I chose this one and I couldn't be happier thank you!

This is a great product, I am only disappointed that i cannot connect the warm water feature because none of my toilets are directly next to the sink. So unless you have a warm water line readily available at the toilet, the warm water feature will not be usable.
