I have been drinking counter culture coffee for many years. I have tried every one of their blends at one time or another. I've tried several of their single origin products as well. All of them have been fantastic even if a few weren't necessarily in line with my palate. I brew in an Aeropress, Clever Dripper, french press and a Jura. My family and I run 5 lb of Hologram through the Jura every 3 weeks or so. We've been doing this since we bought it as our family Christmas gift two years ago. The coffee (and the machine) has been incredibly consistent over that time. many of my favorite coffee shops use it to pull espresso and I think it's fantastic for that. The fact that they have managed to keep the price steady and maintain that consistency and quality while operating at a high standard of ethics is remarkable and unfortunately rare. They show that it can be done. Very highly recommended.
