I did not like the colors she picked for my personalization. I tried reaching out to see if she would do anything to make it better and offer the suggestion that she should offer a proof for custom orders. I didn’t get any response to my email. I’m very disappointed in the customer service for the price point and how cute her Instagram and website seemed to be. I wouldn’t order from her again unfortunately. I thought maybe she would offer to give me a discount if I bought another one. Just something to make me feel better that I wasted $75 on a diaper bag.
