Cost too much for repeat customers. Use to get 15% off, but changed down to 10%. I thought it was a mistake and asked for extra 5%, but received no answer. Should do better to keep customers happy. This is second letter. $50 for bags cost too much! Times are hard and spending money must be worth the purchase. Can purchase bags that are just as strong for way less. They won’t fit properly, but by time bags run out a new can is required anyway. And, the new cans can save $ too. My NEW Simplehuman can is already dented from cat knocking over. Doesn’t look good, but moved it somewhere else so you can’t see dent.

Pretty average bags

Honestly, if I had been paying attention I would not have purchased the Simple Human trash can at all. Purchased at Lowes, there was no sign that said regular store bought bags don't fit. Having to order special fit bags is annoying. These bags are ok. They are not any better or worse than your average Hefty or Glad bag. The tie straps break about as often as the other brands. They tear just as easily even though they feel stouter. And just like the other brands they are pretty much guaranteed to leak if someone throws any liquid in them. And here I am reviewing trash bags. Why? I must be bored out of my mind. Why on Earth was I even asked to review a trash bag to begin with? Absolutely rediculous.
