It's exactly the right length I was looking for. The quality is great. However, just so you know, in my case I tuck my ears in, not all the way but maybe 2/3 of my ears are in the beanie. On the hand, the ribbed version is shorter and fits exactly like on the photos - ears are out without any creases on top of the beanie.

I'm the type of person that can't seem to find the right hat, it's either too big, too small, etc. My CAPS Fisherman Beanie is perfect. It fits well with the perfect amount of stretch, so it doesn't feel tight. It's soft and feels great. I'll be ordering more!
