Custom Rufus: Pack Builder

Pound does a great job of setting expectations when it comes to their custom bag programs, but I still found myself disappointed after unboxing my bag after 12 weeks of waiting. There was (in my opinion) a pretty significant mismatch in certain colors as they appeared online vs in person, and had I known prior, may have changed certain selections. With this, the wait time, and the price all considered, I feel as though I’m not completely satisfied with my purchase, but can still attest to and be grateful for the quality and craftsmanship of Pound bags.

The bag is exactly how I imagined it! I used it and it is absolutely perfect! It was designed exactly how I wanted it and I have my bag for life!
