Wouldn’t buy again
Ordered for the first time from polish pops and got 3 gel nail sets and the mini curing lamp. Did not receive all 3 of the nail sets I ordered so I had to reach out and ask them to send the remainder of the order that wasn’t sent. Then the mini curing lamp didn’t work so I had to contact them for a new one. Overall, customer service was nice and responsive in a timely manner and fixed the issue. Just unfortunate it’s my first time shopping with them and had multiple issues.

Nails are not curing hard
I don't understand why my nails are still bendable after curing for 60 seconds two times. Bad nails?
I hope the company will give me replacement gel nails. Very disappointed.

Doesn’t work
I tried to return the curing lamp because it would never light up. It would never take a charge, but they told me it was against policy. I will never do business with you, and I will spread the word. Horrible company!
