This is Delicious
Honestly I was never a much of a fan of Maple Syrup. I always have it in the house because of my husband, but seldom used any myself. Then for Christmas I bought a three pack of Esuminac syrup. The first I opened was the Extra Rare. Wow, it tastes amazing. Its so delicious I found myself taking sips throughout the day. Now I've tasted them all, and while they are ALL so good, I still love the Extra Rare the best.

Extra Rare
I have used the extra rare on two occasions now on buttermilk pancakes, it is outstanding. I lived in New Brunswick for 10 years and used many different producers there and it was all very good but yours is head and shoulders the best I have had. When your Bourbon infused syrup is back in stock I'm looking forward to trying that. I'D like to also mention that I placed my order on a Monday morning and received it by Thursday noon which is outstanding service. Thank-you
