This is an excellent product and it took no time to arrive. Great customer service and a personal thank you note, I have already ordered again from KGTropicals!

I have had the filter installed for 2 1/2 weeks. So far, so good. I have only rinsed the filter pads twice, and taking it apart and putting it back together took a few minutes to figure out. I wasn't looking at instructions, though. I anticipate this will get easier with time. Visually, It surprisingly doesn't call attention to itself in the tank.
