Superior Egyptian Cotton Bath Towel Set 8 Piece - Luxury Plush Hotel Towels, 2 Bath 2 Hand 4 Washcloths - Madeline

Fully satisfied so far

Seem to be very good quality. One wash cloth arrived with some loose loops around the edge, since it is only one I’m not to upset. I followed Superior’s recommendations for controlling lint. I still cleaned the lint trap twice, plus again after they were dry. Hoping the lint diminishes in the future. They came through the wash good other than a couple of loose loops. Nice and soft and plush. Appear better quality than the Madison Park set I bought 4 years ago for about the same price, but time will tell.

I did not open the towels, but the customer service was amazing. I purchased them for my son and his girlfriend, but they were not the ones she had picked out. I submitted a return request on the Friday of a holiday weekend, and by Tuesday, I had received a return label. I mailed them back on Thursday and am awaiting my refund. Update: Quick refund as well was refunded to original payment the following Tuesday!!

I love the towels. Thick and heavy.
