Great product
Still loving getting into a cool bed on a warm night, and enjoying a good night’s sleep. The marketing emails trying to upsell a new purchase to a Pod 3 are kind of offensive (‘hey, your £2000 purchase isn’t as good as the new thing we’ve just released, why don’t you spend more money!?’). So I’ve taken off a star for that.

Works as advertised but not worth the money for us
Overall the cover works as advertised but for us it wasn't worth the money. The packaging, instructions, overall quality and physical set up were good. We had a lot of trouble getting the unit connected to our WIFI and set up. When we called tech support they didn't offer much help and said someone would get back with us regarding our issues and also some trouble we were having with the app. After a few hours we were able to get it set up. It was a week before anyone emailed us and by then we had figured gotten it connected. The app is very glitchy and gives inconsistent results when given the same information, they really need to put more time into fixing some of these issues since it is the only way to control the unit. We had to uninstall the app and set things up a few times before we got it set up. We also don't like that the only way to control it is through the app which means if you want to change it in the middle of the night you have to open the app to do so. The data is pretty cool and it does offer a lot of insight but it is not always accurate when tracking time out of bed, falling asleep, or other basic things. After a few weeks neither of us feel we are sleeping any better. We mainly bought it for me girlfriend since she gets hot a lot at night but it doesn't seem to make her sleep better. We are only a few weeks in but are leaning towards returning it. I'm sure for some it would be worth the money as it does cool and heat as it is supposed to.

Interesting product
The purchase was easy, support was helpful, the product doesn't work well with any layers on top that's a big no if you have kids sleeping with you in bed. Other than that it's okay, I personally don't like it as it creates a chill feeling on my back while my top is freaking hot and itchy but my wife and I agreed to keep it to winter to see if it helps with the heat part, will see. If you want to save money get a powerful fan would be more beneficial cuz I didn't sleep well on this just personally opinion. The company is actually good and staffs are professional though!
