Bread Bow Knife

Not what I thought

I thought this was going to be so helpful when cutting my sourdough, but it only made it harder. I always use a regular serrated knife and was excited to try this. It was harder to use, you have to turn the loaf on its side to cut the bottom, and the pieces end up very jagged.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She is a sourdough beginner and I thought this was a perfect gift for her….she loves it!!
