Just what I needed

For a while now, I’ve wanted a pull up bar that would work for my space - this does the trick! There are a few minor things I need to get used to, as I’ve never done this sort of pull up, but it’s been a real game changer for my workout routine. I highly recommend the resistance bands to help with the training too!

Disappointing in multiple ways

I was excited to purchase the BaseBar Pro and specifically chose it because of its adjustable features and the ability to fold the legs for easier storage. Unfortunately, the product did not perform as advertised. The adjustable bar was difficult to move, and the folding legs were rigid and inconvenient. Even worse, when the legs are folded, there’s nothing to secure them in place, causing them to swing freely. This actually resulted in the leg slamming onto my foot more than once. After normal use, the finish on the top bar also chipped. When I reached out to customer service, I expected a reasonable solution. Instead, I was told I would need to pay $58 for shipping and find my own box just to exchange it for a different model. For a product that I believe has design and quality issues, I found that response disappointing. Customer service was polite throughout the process, which I appreciate, but the resolution offered was not customer-focused. Rather than spend more money trying to exchange it, I’ve decided to sell it myself and move on. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I think it’s important for potential buyers to know that while the concept is great, the execution and post-purchase support did not meet my expectations.
