Excellent pan with great performance

This was my first Nanobond and I have to say it has exceeded my expectations. It performs great on the heat and cleans up as easily as they claim even if I didn’t toss it in the dishwasher. Looking to expand my set soon for sure.

Want to have all of them!

I upgrade all of me pans and pots for NanoBond! Me and my husband using them every day for all of our meals. The best thing about the collection - it's dishwasher safe! Loved it!

Beautiful but has limitations

The essential pan is beautiful, but knowing it is stainless steel it has its limitations with what you cook. For example, if you are stir frying without much oil, food WILL stick. Also, food will still stick to the sidewalls of the pan because it’s impossible to maintain an oil layer on the vertical sides. To maintain its finish you also need to do maintenance with vinegar or the cleaner (the cleaner is magic), so don’t expect polished look each time. All in all, I love the pan, but realistically speaking it is not perfect.
