I didn’t like that they don’t send the gift card via email to the gift recipient. I thought it was strange that the gift card email is sent to me then I have to send the email to the recipient. I haven’t seen any other companies do it this way. The check out process wasn’t clear and I was hesitant to purchase the gift for my niece.

Easy enough to purchase however didn't get a typical gift card that I could print and put in a card for the recipient. Not ideal as the print from the website /email doesn't print cleanly and isn't clear as to the dollar amount, website or much else. Definitely an area for improvement.

I would rather it be a physical gift card for a birthday
