Butter Muslin

Love this stuff....

This butter muslin is great - heavier duty than cheesecloth and drains better than some of the flour-sack type of cloths I have used. Pretty much super happy with everything I've gotten from New England Cheese Making Supply!

My store brought cheesecloth is gathering dust since I started using butter muslin for all things butter and cheese. It is absolutely effortless because it strains everything perfectly and is easy to clean using enzymatic cleaner.
