Regular Swim Cap

Hi all as a larger lady i saw that soul cap did bigger sizes i ordered a swim suit and this was to large so i had to send it back but kept the swim, cap. The bag the swimsuit was in did not open at the top and i had to rip the plastic to get it. I have sent this back to Soul Cap and they have refused to give me a refund and further to this which is worse their customer services reply to no messages , i had to write and ask what was happening with the refund and they advised they were not refunding. The swimsuit is in order, the gusset is in the tags are there. I think this is appalling and do not buy anything if you do not know 100% that you will not return it. Soul Cap experience very disappointing and they are only after your money and do not care about the customer at all.

I purchase the cap as I was informed it would prevent from getting your hair wet however this is not the case.. As a afro carribean with a small head and alpocia sufferer it is mo different from any other swim cap
