It's a coffee roast

I really like the roasting of the coffee, doesn't taste burnt. The flavor of the coffee is smooth and little burnt finish. As for the flavor added...... Maple pecan smells good in the bag, but that's as far as it goes. The black forest was a dud in and out of the bag. The salted caramel smelled good in the bag and there was a subtle taste in the cup. It missed the salt! The beach is brewing now, it smells like coffee in the bag. Everything was cold brewed for 24 hrs . Everything left a black sludge on the bottom, but I was using a super fine mesh screen that even light had a hard time penetrating. Drag Up said their grind was for hot and cold brew, the web says no it should be a very coarse grind for cold brew. I'm maybe halfway through the 2 sample collections. I have ordered the cold brew bags and will see shortly if they help with taste and sludge issues. Maybe I have a better update soon. It's still good coffee without added flavor.

The sample pack allowed me to try the coffee to make sure I was not going to react to it with my health and I did not and it’s amazing!! Just had my first cup of the beach and have already ordered a full size bag!

Smoothest Dark Roast Ive ever had

I had been using another brand that also was "mold free" etc. Drag Up rivals them all. I tried the same pack, but gonna come back and get a dark roast...like my humor.
