Superb Customer Service

I recently ordered on-line. It wasn’t long before I received a call from a Cotton Carrier representative asking about the parts I had ordered to ensure they were the correct ones. I was also told that I was due a refund. Not often do you find this high level of customer service. Highly recommend.

Just what I thought

Long story short. I sold a camera that I forgot had the old hub on it. So I tried to use the extra old one I had but it didn't fit the new CCS chest rig I had. Found out CC changed the hub to a new hub. I got the new hub and...surprise surprise...it works flawlessly. It's funny how that works. I'm a happy camper(photographer) now.

Excellent system!

I recently purchased another hub for my harness. To be expected, it worked flawlessly during my Wilder photo workshop (alongside one of the Cottom ambassadors). Why an didn’t use this system before is beyond me. Carrying a long lens was such a pain and caused so much fatigue - as well as made hiking a bit “iffy”. But now with the Cotton harness, my hands are free for walking poles or carrying a tripod. Balance is better as well that Z8 and long lens as always right there in front of me, ready at a moments notice. Hugely recommended! Well done Cotton!
