Power Bra®

I originally ordered a size M but it was a little bit tight so I exchanged it for a L and it fit perfectly. I absolutely love it and I'm considering buying another one in a different color. It really makes me stand up straight and pulls my shoulders back.

The power bra does help you keep a good posture. I am normally a 34D-34DD and got a medium, which fits great. The smaller arm holes do dig into my under arm flab/chicken wings so I have to adjust the bra over every now and again. I will try the bra with bigger arm holes next times but do wonder if that will enhance the flab? I wore it to workout and noticed a difference as well… instead of reminding myself to keep my back straight, I feel it working. It is not as restrictive as I thought it’s be ~ easy to get on/off. After five hours of working out in it (1 hr), walking around the house (1 hr), sitting at my desk (3 hr) I would recommend to others.

This bra is so small, armholes, breast area, bandwidth, all around. Does not have any support except just pushing everything flat. But it did make me stand up straight, just everything was just like super smushed, like super. I ordered my suggested size for 8 with a D, size large. It’s way more compressing than like lululemon for instance.
