It works, which is great. My two problems are that the powder bottle isn’t really a great way to apply it on my dog. I wish it was easier to apply and didn’t get everywhere, but that might just be user error. Also, it’s not a permanent solution, it’s only temporary, which helps and doesn’t at the same time. It doesn’t say how consistent you have to be with the shampoo either for the results to be consistent, I guess I’m supposed to know cause usually those type of shampoos say every day or every 48 hours, but I wish it was said somewhere in the instructions. Other than that it’s a good product and I do recommend it to people, but I do need something else to use on my dog.

Have been using the preventative power for a while now. Ordered again a few weeks ago and for some reason the Post Office returned the shipment back to Coat Defense. I called when I realized it had been returned and the customer service was fantastic! They were able to send out the shipment, same day, by UPS and I received it the next day. Amazing Customer Service! Very professional, but personable. Not many companies have this level of customer service.

I mostly use the powder- it seems to have made a huge difference in his licking. The shampoo def gets the grass stains off. The paste he licks off, so I haven’t really used it much.
