Comfy; worth it!
Loved the shoulder strap. It was very comfortable. At first, I wasn't sure that I needed it, but when I received it in the mail and compared it to the standard strap, it was clear that it was worth it. It's flexible and extremely comfortable. It also works to keep my bag on my shoulder a little better than the standard versions.

Excellent replacement strap
Tom Bihn has amazing customer service and provided this strap as a replacement for the one on her bag which had a bad squeak when the buckle moved. The replacement has been perfect and arrived before we had even returned home from our trip.
