Multigrain Loaf

The bread is a litlte dry, I was a bit disappointed to see it was overseas and only distributed in the United states. However, the body of the multigrain is excellent and holds together well for a sandwich. The brioche buns did not hold uo to a messy burger. The sourdough is good. I would buy the multigrain agian, maybe the sourdough because its better than anything else i can find in my area. Id skip the buns next time.

Only received part of the order; they did refund the 3 not sent. The bagels are great! The bread is good for a healthy bread.

This bread is incredible and unlike all other gluten-free bread products I've tried. it's soft and flavorful and doesn't fall apart. I hope at some point, it will be available to purchase in local stores in southeast Michigan. I'm thankful it's available to order online after discovering it (and falling in love with it) in a Wegman's while visiting relatives in Pennsylvania.
