My Mirror stopped working so I called and let them know and it was under warranty. They sent me a prepaid label to send mine back and sent me a new one right away. I was very happy with this service. Thank you!

Great mirror & great customer service!
This lighted mirror provides good magnification and a non-distorted reflection. Our first mirror had an issue with the charging aspect and Simplehuman customer service helped us determine a solution. They kindly shipped a new mirror under their warrantee process. I highly recommend this company for any of their products. Refreshingly customer focused.
