I love the broad brim and minimalist style of the hat. It’s not too holey and seems like it will provide good protection although it’s not rated. It’s true to size and fits exactly as I expected based on the size guide which is snug on my 58.5 mm head. The only downside is that it isn’t as foldable as I expected based on the website imagery. The website shows the hat folded, which makes it seem like the hat is flexible and can be easily folded and chucked in a bag for travel, but in real life the hat feels too stiff to easily fold. I feel as though I would need to crush and damage the hat in order to fold it the way it’s shown on the website. And the care instructions say to store it open on its crown and not to fold it for prolonged periods. So it doesn’t seem as carefree and suitable for my lifestyle as I was hoping it would be.

It's a very cute hat, but I've tried the larger & the extra large, and I can't seem to find the right fit. The XL does fit better, but is a little loose; I'm afraid it may blow away on a windy day. Thankyou for your customer service; very helpful.
