It has a good balance of sweetness and flavour without feeling too heavy, making it a convenient option for a quick snack, post-workout boost, or when I need something to get me through a busy day. The texture, taste, and overall quality are impressive. A delicious protein bar that actually feels enjoyable to eat . I will definitely be a regular purchasing it.
