Warranty Replacement sucks

I purchased a pair of Abacos recently and loved the style and lens clarity. Unfortunately while maneuvering a technical aspect on the Mt Katahdin climb section, they were crushed. I completed all the necessary paperwork for a replacement pair, but was informed that my specific model was on "back-order" so I had to choose a pair without being able to try any on. I picked the model that looked closest to my original purchase, but they are huge! They don't fit my face and fall off my head. I had to give them away. Disappointed in what I thought was a great warranty

Excellent policy on returns and lifetime guarantee. We have had almost a dozen glasses and we still have an original one bought by my wife at a Venice, FL event almost a decade ago and still in excellent shape!

Awesome- They support their products perfectly

Solid product with great warranty support. They are the best to deal with.
