Rope Chain - Silver

Great Customer Service

My son’s rope chain broke after a few months, I contacted them and they had a replacement in the mail the next day. Great chain, great company! Will absolutely buy again

Good chain, lacking proper shipping vessel

Necklace is good quality and my son sweats a lot in sports and so far, no signs of wear. Unfortunately the necklace showed up in a typical shipping bag with the necklace in a small plastic bag inside. It was twisted and close to being wrecked. With all their videos showing these fancy boxes, I would have thought they would have put in a little better effort and shipped in a better vessel.

It was a gift for my 11 yo baseball/football loving grandson. 93 is his number for both. He absolutely loved it! Thank you for the quick delivery and it was packaged very well.
