Above & Beyond!
Hello Laurelbox Team,
Thank you for taking such great care of my order.
I ordered a memory candle as a gift for the wife of one of our coworking members who recently passed away. When she sent me a photo of the candle lit, I noticed the label was slightly crooked. It may sound small, but for a gift this meaningful and at this price point, those details really matter. I reached out simply to share that feedback, because I wanted the gift to feel as special as it was intended to be.
I am genuinely grateful for how you responded. You not only replaced the candle with one that had a perfect label, but you also included a refill. That was truly above and beyond, and it meant a lot.
I will absolutely be a repeat customer, and I have already recommended Laurelbox to friends and colleagues. Thank you for creating such thoughtful gifts and for making your customers feel cared for.
Gratefully,
Christie McMillon
