The wine box was nice and looked just like your photos, so it met my expectations in that regard. However, there is a plugged hole on the underside of the box—the exact same type of hole as the cork slot on top. This looks very untidy, and a product with this kind of defect should not be sold to customers. While the box itself is beautiful, this issue significantly lowers my overall rating.
