Liberty Ring

The ring came in the wrong size (four sizes too small). After trying to contact their customer support some weeks ago I still didn’t get an answer. I had to travel to a physical store to get a solution - this is unacceptable. I also lost the discount which I initially used, so it ended up costing more.

Low quality product - it gets easily scraped and is not suited to everydsy wear.
