First time with GrainWood

Neutral. The furniture looks nice. Having zero opportunity to talk to live person during order process is problematic. Still waiting on refund even though FedEx tracker says you received it. This is the quick way? The assembly is labor intensive. Not hard just time consuming. Instructions are adequate. I'm neutral on purchasing more from the firm.

Good-looking, solid bed

So far, so good. It was packed securely in fortress-like boxes. Extra hardware in case a screw rolled under the floorboards. Directions were clear, but it still took this twosome in their 70s almost 3 hours to assemble. I was really impressed by the quality of the wood and the over-engineering of the support system. Extremely good value for the money.
