Poor service
The yarn is great. Your service is not.
I found the yarn at a smaller company where I buy other yarns. The price is lower, free shipping on any amount and arrives in 2 to 3 days. Your company took over a week to create a label. And, another week for it to come from New Jersey. Won't be buying here again.

Really enjoying crocheting with this product
I've made some bags using this tape yarn and it works really well. The end result is soft and sturdy. I bought several more colors just in case I want to make more. I hope you bring some of the out of stock colors back!
