SIFTER BASE

I never thought this sieve would be so thorough; it has given me a level of complexity in the cup and a range of attributes that were previously unattainable due to microparticles and inconsistencies in the grind. It’s the product that has surprised me the most.

Just a simple sentence or two on the package explaining how to insert the screens would be nice. Also, the bamboo lid is rather hard to pry off if you squeeze it on too hard.

I primarily use a moka pot to brew. Being a traditional kind of guy, I tend to use darker roasts. More fines are produced .i used a brewller before i purchased the sifter. After watching some of you tubes coffee stars i decided to get the sifter not to totally get rid of them but to reduce them in the flavor profile I enjoy . Bingo! It worked. Positive impact. Yeah I am happy with it.
