Moisturizing Shampoo

My naturally white hair is finally softening. Bought the moisturizing & nourishing shampoo & conditioner. I have only tried the moisturizing & conditioner & the results are amazing. Still need to try the nourishing shampoo. My hairdresser uses the hairspray on me & it smells delicious. Very impressed with the Loma products❤️

I’ve never had any problems with Loma. It works well in my hair. I wish I didn’t have to ship it in order to get it.

HORRIBLE Customer Service/Resolution

I had ordered 2 products for the first time ever from here during a sale. I ended up having an allergic reaction and I reached out to try and return for a refund but I was met with zero sympathy for this incident AND was told that my return is for “personal reasons”. Super passive whomever I was emailing with. Also, the return policy is horrendous! My total was $13.24 plus taxes. Shipping was $9.95. Basically $10!! And so when trying to return, I was told I’d have to pay shipping fees AGAIN on top of an already traumatic experience so think about how much money I was really going to get back…I spent $25.61 in total. Refund would’ve been $15.66 MINUS the money I’d have to spend on shipping back! So I’d really only get $5.66 back and I basically spent $20 for all this to happen to me. I am never purchasing from here again!
