Good Roast, but Inconsistent Bean Quality
I recently ordered the Colombia Medium Roast. The roasting itself was done well, and the flavor is pleasant overall. However, I was disappointed by the inconsistency in the beans. The bean size is not uniform—some are a nice, typical Arabica size, while others are noticeably smaller. Those smaller beans don't look like Arabica to me and could possibly be Robusta or lower-grade beans mixed in.
Overall, the roast quality is good, but I would like to see more consistent bean quality and size, especially for a coffee marketed as a Colombia medium roast.

Coffee Roaster is by far the best coffee I've ever tasted. I've never had a disappointing cup of coffee in the morning!
