Plenny Shake

After trying their 40g protein version I went with the plenny shake 4.0 with 25gr of protein. Their protein has a PDCAAS-score of 1, which is the highest possible score in terms of protein quality (25gr is 50% of the daily value) The shakes have a high nutrition value, resulting in a qeauk and easy filling breakfast in the morning! One side note tough: The coffee flavour is just foul. It has a very "chemical" taste to is. Would not recommend this flavour. Overall, very happy with the shakes as they're quick, easy, filling and some, like the pistachio, do actually taste alright!

My experience with newly trying this shake and particularly this flavour have by far become my favourite above all other shakes I’ve tried, and there’s been a few. I enjoy the taste and ease to prepare. This works well with my busy lifestyle of constantly working and being on the road. Whether it’s at my desk, various locations, on the road in my car etc I have this with me to help sustain my energy and provide a healthy option opposed to take out or a meal deal or nothing to eat. I have a subscription and look forward to my monthly order arriving as it comforts me knowing I have an all round solution to a complex work life.

Plenny shake is my ride or die! Sometimes my breakfast, lunch or diner.... Love all the flavers. It's healthy and easy if i don't have time to cook. Just love it!
