Awesome product, however my bag came with one and I purchased one and it will cost me 32 dollars to ship it back, and to top it off there is a 10 dollar restocking fee. If this would be under there description I wouldn’t have bought one. But Vessel is an amazing company and I can see them making this right. They always take care of customers. Bc of how loyal we are. You buy one bag from them that’s all you’ll ever use for the rest of your life…

Love my single strap. Very comfortable around my shoulder. The double strap that came with the bag is nice and wish a single strap would have been added to give me options. Love my vessel bag
